Your fridge has stopped working, or your air-conditioner is blowing hot air. Who do you call? An Electrician or a refrigeration mechanic. Old cold-rooms can sometimes be problematic. They often use excessive amounts of electricity, and every now and then they do not run at a cold enough temperature. Running a business is difficult enough as it is; the last thing any food business wants to go through is having cold-room issues, as managers are then side-tracked by thinking about food spoilage. Room air conditioners cool rooms rather than the entire home or business. If they provide cooling only where they're needed, room air conditioners are less expensive to operate than central units, despite their efficiency generally being lower than that of central air conditioners.

3 Tips to an Organized Fridge
1. Keep Your Cool
Set the temperature to 5C or below any warmer and you risk growing harmful food bacteria.
2. Are Your Fridge Drawers Humid?
Check humidity settings on produce crispers and deli drawers. Each needs to be correct setting to maintain optimal freshness.
3. Love Your Leftovers
Store leftovers for up to 4 days in clear glass containers. Seeing what foods are left over helps you to eat them sooner!

2. Keep the Coils Clean
When the condenser coils (see following page for more on parts) are covered with dust, the refrigerator can’t run efficiently. Twice a year, pull the machine from the wall to reveal the coils in back (or snap off the grille, if the coils are on the bottom front), unplug the refrigerator, and vacuum with the brush attachmen
